LC is a programs whose objective is to minimize incident-based losses. Loss is defined as the amount the insurer is required to pay because of a judgement, by virtue of an insurance contract.

The Risk refers to the person or property insured.

Safety attitudes of people determine the safety precautions they take. I promote attitudes towards safety that reduce loss frequency and severity.

I offer private insurance inspection consultations. My areas of experience include high value residential properties, exterior residential observations, wildfire & brush surveys, roof inspections, commercial restaurants, HOA policy inspections, and more.

Underwriters from dozens of property and casualty insurers admitted by the California Department of Insurance to serve the Golden State have reviewed my field data and recommendations. I maintain confidentiality about the insurance companies that I have worked with to protect their privacy and the privacy of their insured people.
ABOUT RYAN
I was born in the East Bay Area of Northern California and raised in Silicon Valley. As a youth I was active in my local Boy Scout Troop and high school wrestling team. I graduated from the University of California in 2023 with a master degree in criminology, law, & society.

I've always had an interest in real estate and was exposed to the property management and real estate appraisal professions from a young age. In 2023 I received a California real estate salespersons license and after gaining on-the-job experience with commercial building inspections I was soon hired as a subcontractor for an insurance inspector. Within two months I was hired by the parent company and the rest is history. To date I've completed more than 5,000 residential and commercial insurance inspections.
