I offer an on-site defensible space inspection with consultation for your home. These inspections cover defensible spaces as prescribed by the California State Legislature and the exterior of the home. 45 min - 1 hour.
Defensible Space Consultation with Written Narrative $175.
An on-site defensible space inspection with consultation for your home. As well as a follow up written report with photographs. The report is styled after an NFPA defensible space report format.

If you are an insurance company, homeowner, or business owner you are welcome to contact me for proposals on any other loss control related work. Scope of work and fees can be arranged.
If you are an insured person and meeting with me for an inspection of which I am acting as an inspector on behalf of your insurance company then I cannot accept payment from you, the inspection has already been paid for by the insurance company.
